We are looking for a Ruby On Rails Developer to join our growing team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world, that are comfortable creating new projects or working in existing code to build customer requirements. This is a 100% remote position. (English language required)

You should have at least 2+ years of experience working with RoR. This means that we expect you will feel comfortable creating a project from scratch and see it through to production as well as update or add features to an existing application. Javascript skills are a must. Tailwind and Hotwire are used in many of our projects and therefore highly desirable. You must understand APIs and how to develop API-only projects in Rails.

You must be familiar with working in a front-end framework like React, Angular, Vue, or something similar. SQL is a very important tool and we regularly use Postgres and MSSQL. Be prepared to demonstrate your SQL skills. You must understand git and use git best practices. All writing will be in English and therefore English writing proficiency is a must. Must be comfortable explaining programming and business processes.

We regularly work with clients that use SAP and understanding SAP tables and relations is very helpful. We often need to translate code from one programming language to another, so the more languages you are familiar with, the better.
