Pathos Ethos (https://pathosethos.com/) is looking for a part-time Rails contractor to help us with a few projects. The work is adding features to existing applications for our clients. The workload is around 10-20 hours per week for the next 2-3 months.

- Remote, but we have an office in Durham, North Carolina if you are local and want to hang out
- Existing apps are in Rails 5 & 6. New apps use JumpStart, Rails 7, Hotwire
- Preference for candidates with 2+ years of Rails experience
- Preference for candidates +/- 3 time zones from US Eastern Time
