Senior Ruby on Rails

To reinforce our development team, we are currently looking for talented Ruby on Rails developers at 100%. 

Excellent communication (writing and speaking) in English and a good understanding of French are required. Arabic is a plus.

Be part of the Fintech Adventure with InvestGlass. Launched in March 2014, InvestGLass is an all-in-one Cloud Solution for Sales Automation. The platform is used by banks, insurance and other businesses too. With more than 3000 users worldwide.

The platform offers 5 blocs - digital onboarding, CRM, PMS, automation, and client portal.

As part of your role, you will develop new features and maintain our platform but will also be key in the definition of architecture and design of our technology.

5 Frontend-Backend Developer

Experience: 2+ years minimum

Location: Remote in Europe

Expert in Ruby on Rails -> 2+ years minimum

Strong understanding of building and consuming APIs

Familiarity with code versioning tools and branching strategies

Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery

Knowledge of database design principles

Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Proficient research abilities, referring to official documentation and source code

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and other team members

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Ability to prioritize efforts and communicate the "why" of prioritization
