Your job is to integrate AI into our human support system, ensuring it smartly distinguishes between cases AI can solve and those needing human expertise. You’ll refine the AI’s capabilities over time, expanding its role in support. This is a long-term, evolving project, not a one-off build.
We’re a fully remote team with minimal meetings – just enough to stay aligned and focused. Expect weekly planning calls, daily check-ins, and plenty of deep work time.
