Job Boardly is a leading job board platform, making it easy for anyone to spin up their own job board in minutes. Since our launch in 2013, we’ve enabled our users to build their own job boards using Job Boardly, with over 700 job boards already utilising Job Boardly around the globe. Customers like Get Outdoor Jobs, Tradie Jobs & Jobs.Worktugal all use Job Boardly to power their own job boards. 

We are a small team of passionate builders who are looking to bring on a new developer to join us in our mission. 

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve our core job board product
• Work with team members to integrate new features into the product
• Improve performance, reliability and user experience of the platform
• Maintain coding standards while implementing new features
• Debug performance issues, implement solutions and scale the company's processes and infrastructure

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries and knowledge of database management systems
• Startup and/or SaaS experience is a bonus
• Experience that is relevant to Job Boardly is a bonus
