As an engineer at Frame, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative product initiatives and scaling our payment infrastructure to handle millions of dollars in transactions. You'll work directly with customers, collaborating closely with product designers, risk and compliance experts, and go-to-market teams to create an unparalleled payment experience.

What you will be doing?

• Collaborate closely with customers to design and integrate our APIs


• Develop scalable systems for accepting and sending payments


• Establish core integrations with partner banks and other counterparties


• Contribute to the scaling of our cloud infrastructure


• Prototype and iterate on new ideas to create the optimal merchant experience


• Take ownership of the end-to-end design, implementation, and release of features


• Design and implement engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity


• Help to grow and expand our engineering team

Who we’re looking for

• You should have a strong appreciation for taste and a passion for creating exceptional products


• 4+ years YOE building scalable fintech products


• Proven track record of building fast and reliable applications in the cloud.


• Naturally inquisitive and bold enough to explore new payment paradigms and potential applications in various industries


• Have a keen eye for detail and a strong desire for simplicity in order to successfully manage and connect multiple projects, making complex tasks more approachable and attainable.


• Driven by a strong execution mindset and energized by the opportunity for high ownership and impact that joining a team at this stage offers.


• Appreciates and looks for elegant solutions but understands trade-offs of robust designs/engineering vs. moving fast.
