PSL Source is a fan-to-fan online marketplace for the sale and transfer of NFL seat licenses and season tickets. We operate in over a dozen NFL markets and have served our customers' needs since shortly after seat licenses (often referred to as PSLs) were introduced nearly 30 years ago. 

We leverage modern technology to effectively and efficiently service our customer’s needs, setting the bar high with user-focused solutions. Our custom Ruby on Rails application serves the company at an enterprise level. We continue to scale and evolve the product and are looking for a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails developer to join our team and help mold our future.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS platforms with Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives and delivering impactful results.
• Expertise with our core technologies.
• An effective listener who demonstrates an ability to respectfully consider and understand business and user needs.
• An effective communicator who can verbalize and create written documentation, ranging from abstract concepts to technical details.
• Experience building and scaling applications, with a focus on performance and reliability.
• A track record of delivering projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and scope.
• Support senior engineering through diagnostics and problem solving.
• USA-based applicants only.
• We can accommodate remote-only, remote-first, or in-office placement.
• Bonus points for:
  • Expertise in UIUX best practices and design systems
  • Experience with DevOps
  • Familiarity with the NFL and Ticketing Operations

What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain both customer-facing and admin-facing CRUD features and functionality.
• Help solve complex technical problems directly and alongside others.
• Write tests for new and existing functionality.
• Create and maintain data handling processes.
• Collaborate with in-house teams.
• Influence direction & alignment of architecture, UIUX, and technology.
• Ensure our design system and UIUX best practices are respected.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Assist with DevOps efforts.

• Annual base salary between $125,000 USD and $150,000 USD
