ez Home Search is a fast growing startup based in Myrtle Beach, focused on creating technology for real estate professionals and consumers to make the home buying and selling process better.

We’re looking for a Senior Developer to join our team and take on high-impact work across our mobile and web stack.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve features for our React Native mobile application
• Build and improve features for our Ruby on Rails web application
• Own and solve complex technical problems
• Work closely with product and design to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences
• Ensure code is performant, maintainable, and scalable across platforms
• Participate in code reviews, give feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep expertise with React
• Experience with React Native
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with iOS and/or Android development
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Actively uses AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, Cody, etc.) as part of their development workflow
• Strong debugging skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a distributed team
• Experience building both mobile and web applications
• Background in high-volume consumer apps
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, mapping/location APIs
