TailwindCSS/Rails Frontend Developer and Designer

We have recently begun building out the MVP of a new Rails application and we're looking for a designer/front end specialist to help us make it look great!

We are a small team of 2 (one developer, one marketer/medical professional) and we're looking for someone to join us, initially on an hourly contract basis.

The application is a medical data application that will be very heavy with graphs and charts.  As we're only just beginning to build out the front end, if you have a particular chart library you like, we're flexible.  

The tech stack is vanilla Ruby on Rails with TailwindCSS.

We have some ideas about how we want it to look but we're also looking for someone who can help us build out the vision.

I am a freelance Rails dev by day so understand what it takes to make working with clients enjoyable and productive.

To start with, we're looking for someone who can commit to at least a few days per week.
