Senior Rails Developer (Nashville, TN)

We are a small 2-dev team, myself and one jr/mid-level. I'm trying to transition out of development over the next year so I need a senior, team leader that knows what needs to be done and does it. Someone with a broad knowledge of systems in general, but you must have a TON of RoR experience specifically. Our environment is Rails 6 (I know we need to upgrade!), mySQL, jQuery, Capistrano, AWS, EDI, cXML, lots of different kinds of integrations. You will not get bored here and you'll have a lot of autonomy and weight in decision-making. You also need to be kind, able to communicate professionally and a team player.

I'm looking for someone local to the Nashville area because I think face time is important. We meet once a week in Mount Juliet. Please do not reply if you do not already live in the area.

Salary negotiable. Health care premiums covered 100%. We do not have 401K yet but looking into it.
